What counts as a routine managed-site update?
Text, photos, staff, hours, services, pricing, calls to action, forms, and similar changes inside the existing layout. New functionality, major redesigns, ecommerce, and custom integrations are scoped first.
Who owns the website and accounts?
Your domain, brand, original content, business data, analytics, advertising, and Google Business Profile remain yours. The AKSIS Managed Website is available only for a new or rebuilt site AKSIS designs and builds; AKSIS licenses its underlying website system while the plan is active. Purchased-site deliverables are defined in the written proposal.
Can I cancel a managed plan?
Yes. It is month to month. Cancel before the next renewal to prevent the next charge; service remains active through the period already paid. Routine cancellations are not prorated, subject to the agreement and applicable law.
Can AKSIS manage Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, or WordPress?
Often, yes. We start with access and compatibility review. Platform limits, unsupported plugins, existing security issues, ecommerce, and custom systems may require a separate scope.
Can AKSIS make my website legally compliant?
AKSIS provides accessibility-aware design, privacy-aware implementation, and technical support for client- or counsel-approved requirements. Legal obligations vary by business, location, content, data practices, and third-party systems, so we do not provide legal advice, certification, or a blanket compliance guarantee.
