Privacy notice.

Last updated August 3, 2026. AKSIS limits collection to current business, site, security, analytics, and approved payment needs and does not sell personal information.

Plain privacy terms.

What the current site handles, why it is used, who supports it, and how to make a request.

Scope and operator

AKSIS, LLC operates aksis.tech from North Carolina, United States. This notice covers information handled through this website, project inquiries, later client billing, and related business communications.

A signed client agreement, project-specific notice, or third-party platform notice may provide additional terms for client work. If those terms conflict with this general notice, the more specific notice controls for that activity to the extent allowed by law.

Information you provide

The project-brief form may collect your name, email address, business, website, service interest, message, desired timing, preferred reply method, and—if you request a call—phone number, time zone, and availability.

The site sends the brief through a first-party AKSIS endpoint. Vercel hosts and screens the request for automated abuse. Resend sends a notification to the AKSIS business inbox hosted by Google. The brief is also copied through a signed request to a private, AKSIS-owned Google Sheet used as a lead pipeline. If both receipt paths are unavailable, the form directs the visitor to email or call instead.

If you become a client, AKSIS may also receive proposal, contract, billing, account-access, content, approval, support, and project records needed for the agreed work. Do not provide information that is unnecessary for the request.

Website and device information

Vercel hosts the site and may process request and security information such as an IP address, requested page, date and time, browser, device, referrer, diagnostic logs, and BotID challenge signals to deliver and protect the service and reduce automated form abuse.

Metered Vercel Web Analytics and custom events are disabled by default. If AKSIS later enables them, the site is configured to remove query strings and fragments from analytics event URLs and this notice will continue to describe the enabled processing.

When campaign parameters or supported advertising click identifiers are present in the page address, the site may retain sanitized first-touch values for the browser session and attach them to a submitted project brief. Raw click identifiers are kept in the private lead pipeline and are not sent to public analytics events.

Client payment after agreement

This public website has no payment form. After an authorized client approves a written scope and agreement, AKSIS may separately send a private Stripe-hosted invoice or payment link. Stripe processes payment and fraud-prevention information under its own notice.

AKSIS receives the customer, subscription, payment, tax, and transaction records needed to provide services, administer billing, keep accounting records, and address payment questions. AKSIS does not receive full card numbers through this website.

How information is used

AKSIS uses project-brief information to respond to the request, assess fit, arrange a requested call, prepare a scope, manage follow-up, and understand which page or campaign produced an inquiry. A project inquiry is not added to a marketing list without a separate choice. Client records may also be used to perform agreements, provide support, process billing, maintain business, tax, and transaction records, secure and improve the site, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

AKSIS may also use records to prevent misuse, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, and protect the rights and safety of AKSIS, clients, visitors, and service providers.

When information is disclosed

Information may be disclosed to service providers that support hosting, bot screening, and analytics (Vercel), form-email delivery (Resend), private lead-pipeline storage and business email (Google), telephone service, payment (such as Stripe after agreement), accounting, security, and client-authorized project work, subject to their roles and terms.

For advertising measurement, AKSIS may share a supported advertising click identifier and limited Qualified or Won conversion-event information with Google Ads, such as the event time, truthful value and currency when applicable, and a stable event identifier. This initial measurement feed excludes the inquiry message and direct contact fields such as name, email address, and phone number.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid process, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, complete a business transaction, or follow your direction. AKSIS does not sell personal information for money or use current site data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and external services

AKSIS does not currently place advertising or marketing cookies, use ad-retargeting pixels, or enable metered Vercel Web Analytics on this site. Session storage may hold the sanitized first-touch campaign values described above until the browser session ends.

A private payment page sent after agreement and websites reached through external links may use their own cookies or similar technologies under their own notices. If AKSIS later adds technologies that require notice or consent, this notice and the site controls will be updated as applicable.

Sensitive information

Do not send patient or medical information, government identifiers, payment-card details, passwords, private keys, account credentials, or other sensitive records through the project form or ordinary email.

Those channels are not intended as a secure intake method for sensitive information. AKSIS may remove unsolicited sensitive information and will establish an approved transfer method when a project genuinely requires it.

Retention and disposal

AKSIS retains information for the period reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, the client relationship, accounting and tax records, dispute resolution, security, backup cycles, and other legal obligations. Retention can vary by record and service provider.

When information is no longer reasonably needed, AKSIS uses deletion, destruction, de-identification, or provider controls appropriate to the record and applicable obligations. Legal holds and required business records may delay deletion.

Security

AKSIS uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information in light of its nature and the available systems. Service providers also maintain their own security controls.

No website, email, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. If a qualifying security incident occurs, AKSIS will investigate and provide notices required by applicable law.

Your choices and requests

You may contact aksisllc@gmail.com to ask about personal information associated with you or to request access, correction, or deletion. AKSIS may verify the request and may retain or withhold information when permitted or required by law, contract, security needs, or another person's rights.

Privacy rights vary by residence and applicable law. AKSIS will evaluate a request under the law that applies and will not discriminate for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Browser signals and United States processing

Because the current site does not sell personal information or use cross-site behavioral advertising, browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change those current practices. AKSIS will reassess signal handling before adding advertising or other covered tracking technology.

AKSIS and its current providers process site and business information in the United States and other locations where a provider operates, subject to the provider's terms and applicable safeguards.

Children

This business-services website is not directed to children under 13, and AKSIS does not knowingly collect personal information online from a child under 13.

If you believe a child under 13 sent personal information through the site, contact aksisllc@gmail.com so AKSIS can review and take appropriate action.

External links and changes

External websites and services control their own privacy practices. Review their notices before providing information to them.

AKSIS may update this notice when practices, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date identifies the current public version; material changes will receive additional notice when required by applicable law.

Contact

Privacy questions and requests can be sent to AKSIS, LLC at aksisllc@gmail.com or handled by phone through the contact information in the site footer. Do not include sensitive information in the initial message.

Current provider notices

Review the current Vercel Web Analytics privacy information, the Resend Privacy Policy, the Google Privacy Policy, and the Stripe Privacy Center. Provider practices can change independently of AKSIS.
