We check your website before agreeing to the work. This plan covers search improvements. General website care and unrelated repairs are separate. Search positions, visits, and AI mentions are not guaranteed.

- We agree on the work and price before you pay. Extra work and outside services cost extra.
- Plans renew each month. Cancel before your next payment date; service continues through your paid period.
- Payments for the current month are not normally refunded. Setup fees are not refundable for approved work already done or costs already committed, unless the agreement or law says otherwise.

- Every amount is a starting price. We confirm fit, exact scope, timing, responsibilities, and price in writing before payment.
- Availability and final pricing depend on AKSIS capacity, business and technical fit, platform condition, traffic, infrastructure, integrations, data risk, update volume, and support needs. No engagement is accepted until scope and price are confirmed in writing.
- Recurring services renew monthly with no minimum term. Cancel before the next renewal; service continues through the current paid period.
- Current-period charges are not routinely prorated or refunded. Setup and onboarding fees become non-refundable as approved work is performed or commitments are incurred, except where law or the signed agreement requires otherwise.
- Work outside the written scope and third-party costs are separate. The signed agreement controls billing, ownership or licensing, and offboarding.
Common questions.
Why does every price say starting from?
The amount depends on the work your business needs. Extra pages, online payments, booking tools, or more support can cost more. We explain the exact work and price in writing before you pay.
Am I tied to a long contract?
No. These plans run month to month, with no minimum term. Cancel before your next payment date to stop future charges. Service continues until the end of the service period you have paid for.
Do monthly plans have to start on the first?
No. You pay in advance for a full month of service, starting on the date we agree. Starting halfway through a calendar month does not shorten your service month. If we agree to change your payment date, we show any adjustment in writing first.
What happens to a managed website after cancellation?
Your domain name, brand, original content, business data, and accounts stay yours. You can use the AKSIS website system and code while the plan is active. After your last paid month, we stop hosting the site and that permission ends, unless we agree to a separate transfer or buyout in writing.
Can you help me get found without a new website?
Often, yes. We first check that we can access and work on your website. We then agree on changes to help people find your business in search. General website care and unrelated repairs are not included in the SEO plan.
Will SEO guarantee more customers?
No. We improve your pages and business information to help people find and understand your business. Google, your competitors, location, reviews, and customer demand also affect results. No one can guarantee search positions or new customers.
Does SEO also help AI search tools understand my business?
Relevant work is included in the agreed SEO plan. We make your pages and answers easier for search engines and AI tools to read. We cannot promise that an AI tool will mention or recommend your business.
