Billing, cancellation, and refunds.

Last updated August 2, 2026. Clear recurring charges, simple cancellation, and written terms before payment.

Month to month, without hidden renewal terms.

Public summary only; the approved order and signed service agreement contain the final project terms.

What this policy covers

This page summarizes the public billing rules for AKSIS services advertised as month to month. It does not replace the approved proposal, order, statement of work, or service agreement.

Before payment, AKSIS confirms the exact service, scope, exclusions, setup charge, recurring amount, billing frequency, start date, renewal timing, responsibilities, and cancellation terms in writing. The signed agreement controls if it differs from this summary.

Approval before payment

AKSIS does not ask an unknown visitor to purchase an unreviewed project directly from a public price card. An authorized client contact first approves the written scope, agreement, and price, then receives a matching private invoice or payment request.

Authorizing the client-specific payment request starts only the charges disclosed in the approved order. AKSIS retains the order and acceptance information needed to identify the client, terms, price, and authorization date.

Setup and onboarding fees

Setup and onboarding fees cover the discovery, configuration, access review, planning, and launch work identified in the written scope.

Unless the signed agreement says otherwise, those fees become non-refundable as the stated work is performed or approved commitments are incurred, except where law requires otherwise. If AKSIS declines the engagement before work begins, collected setup or onboarding fees will be returned.

Monthly renewal

Listed recurring services are billed in advance and renew automatically each month until canceled, with no minimum service term. The approved order identifies the service start date, first charge, recurring amount, and expected next renewal date.

A mid-calendar-month start normally receives a full service month and renews on that cycle date; it is not automatically prorated. Any agreed change to the cycle date, shortened transition period, prorated charge, or credit must be shown in writing before it is applied.

How to cancel

Email aksisllc@gmail.com from an authorized client contact and identify the business and service. If AKSIS provides a billing portal, the client may also cancel there. A sales call is not required to cancel.

Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges. AKSIS confirms the effective cancellation date in writing. A request received after a renewal has processed applies to the next renewal unless applicable law or the signed agreement requires a different result.

Paid period and refunds

After cancellation, recurring service normally continues through the period already paid, subject to security, misuse, overdue amounts, third-party restrictions, and the signed agreement.

Current-period recurring charges are not routinely prorated or refunded. Exceptions apply when required by law, stated in the signed agreement, or approved by AKSIS in writing. A duplicate, incorrect, or unrecognized charge should be reported promptly for review.

Failed payments and suspension

If a payment fails or remains overdue, AKSIS may retry the payment and, after reasonable notice, pause work, support, hosting, deployment, or licensed access until the account is current. Immediate action may be needed for security or misuse concerns.

Pausing or ending a managed website can affect hosting and the active license. Client-owned domains, original content, business data, and accounts remain subject to the ownership and offboarding terms in the signed agreement.

Price or term changes

AKSIS discloses a change to a recurring price or renewal term in writing before it takes effect and follows any notice period required by the signed agreement or applicable law.

A new scope, added service, or third-party cost is not charged merely because it was discussed. Material added work requires written approval before billing.
