Approved routine updates enter the regular work queue. Changes beyond the agreed scope are reviewed before any added work or charge.

Is website care a separate plan?
No. Care and hosting come with a new or rebuilt website designed and built by AKSIS. Existing clients keep the services and terms in their own agreements.
Can I keep my existing website and use AKSIS for SEO?
Yes, if we can work with your website after checking access and its platform. Local SEO covers agreed search work. It does not add general maintenance or unrelated repairs unless your existing agreement already includes them.
Are small changes unlimited?
No. We agree on the small-update allowance in writing. New pages, redesigns, special features, large amounts of content, emergency repairs, or unusually many requests need a separate review before work starts.
What if my website needs more hosting resources?
Your agreement states the normal hosting allowance. If visits, storage, connected tools, or support needs grow beyond it, we review the change and explain any proposed extra work or cost before it takes effect.
How quickly are website update requests handled?
Your agreement states our response and completion targets. Routine changes join the work queue. Timing depends on the agreed work and whether we have the information and approval needed.
What happens if I cancel?
The plan renews monthly, with no minimum term. Cancel before your next renewal; service normally continues through the period you have paid for. Hosting and your permission to use the website end under the agreement. Your domain, brand, original content, business data, and accounts remain yours. We explain the cancellation and handover steps before payment.
